I have over 30 years of experience in workforce planning and human resources across retail, hospitality, automotive, construction, and professional services industries. I bring a deep understanding of workforce development and talent acquisition at scale, and have seen firsthand the value of aligning the right people with the right opportunities. I am excited to work with you to design plans and programs for your small- to medium-sized business.

My unique combination of corporate HR expertise and grassroots involvement gives me a clear view of both student potential and employer expectations. I firmly believe early access to career options can change a young person's future. I have worked in volunteer programs with local school districts, universities, and 4-H & FFA organizations to gain practical experience supporting high school students and young adults preparing to enter the job force. I started this service to connect certified, capable young talent with employers who are ready to invest in the future of their workforce.
I hold a BSBA from University of Phoenix (proud non-traditional college graduate) and earned my Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2015. I lead our local 4-H Club and was honored as Wise County 4-H's Outstanding Adult Volunteer for 2024-25.
